- Understanding and Using Linear Programming - Jiří Matoušek, Bernd Gärtner - Very readable book written at the undergraduate/early graduate student level
- Linear Programming : George B. Dantzig, Mukund N. Thapa - This book is written at the undergraduate/early graduate student level and has a large number of problems. It also has a large appendix which covers some of the basic concepts from linear algebra.
