SOFTWARE PROJECTS
  • Publix Wine Selector Prototype
    Design concentrated project (team of four members of which my role was the instructional designer/programmer/quality assurance). Produced sections of the Instructional Design Plan, such as: target audience analysis, task analysis, instructional goals and objectives, navigation/layout/look and feel, and evaluation questionnaire
    . Created the Splash Introduction using Macromedia Flash. Presented prototype to Publix panel; created handout (word .doc) for the presentation.

  • The Florida Aquarium Marketing Prototype (available on CD)
    Team of four members of which my role was Quality Assurance - develop, perform, and report Alpha and Beta Testing Evaluations.
    Obtained Alpha and Beta Testing Evaluations results through the use of Observations Notes and a User Questionnaire via e-mail and in-person.
  • The Professional Interview 4Success Tutorial (available on CD)
    Design concentrated project (team of three members of which my role was the instructional designer/SME). Produced sections of the Instructional Design Plan (PDF format), such as: target audience analysis, task analysis, instructional goals and objectives, over 60 storyboards and a 7-page low-level flowchart
    .
  • Learning to Play Softball Tutorial (available on CD)
    Designed tutorial using a small scale instructional design plan. Created a splash introduction in Macromedia Flash and the tutorial in Macromedia Authorware packaged for CD delivery. Tutorial takes approximately 30 minutes to complete by the intended leaner and consist of instructional and self-assessment question frames, over 6 different interaction response types, custom buttons and imported graphics, and the use of over 5 system and customized variables.
  • Fitness Website
    Created website that includes: digital images manipulated in Adobe Photoshop Elements, audio and video created using Audacity and Adobe Premiere, a link to a kiosk created in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • BMW Sedan Tracking System (available in Hardcopy)
    Design concentrated project. Designed, coded in C, tested, and demonstrated a program to track the inventory of BMW sedans. Wrote a report which included details of each software engineering step taken to complete the program.
  • Real Estate Business Database (available on CD)
    Created tables with given information and table space. Constructed SQL queries, and a JavaScript basic connection to link database to graphic user interface (GUI).
