  • Interviewed university students regarding motivations to exercise (n = 9)
  • Distributed and collected questionnaires from university students regarding motivations to exercise ( n = 43)
  • Conducted two focus groups (each n = 4)

  • Conducted participant observation at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Yoga studio
