Tips For Kids and Teenagers
  • If you think something is wrong, go to your parents, school teacher, or a trusted adult for help.                                                                                                                      
  • Do not reply to a message while angry or upset.                                                      
  • Do not forward cyberbullying messages.                                                                       
  • Do not open any messages if you don't know the sender.                                      
  • Do not to give out any personal information about yourself or anyone else. (ex. phone number, home address, email, names, passwords, school name, team name).                                                                                                                
  • Send your messages to the right address.                                                                 
  • Proofread your messages before sending them to someone.                                   
  • Remember that something you might find funny, might be harmful to someone else.                                                                                                             
  • Talk to your friends about stopping cyberbullying.                                                   
  • Talk to your parent(s), teacher or a trusted adult if you know someone who is being cyberbullied.
